I typically don’t write reviews, however I had to for this one. I spent two days running around trying to figure out my phone situation. I dropped my phone and I needed it repaired and I had no luck until I showed up here and met Cody. If you’re ever in need of hitting an Apple store I would definitely recommend coming to the store and asking for Cody specifically, he is your man, and no he didn’t pay me to say this! Haha All jokes aside, he goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service, to make you feel comfortable and to get your issue resolved. Thanks Cody!

Very bizarre experience with a manager there (Emma, I think?). I brought in an older iPhone for a battery replacement. I was happy to pay for the replacement battery, but the manager warned me that Apple techs might break my perfectly working, unbroken screen during the battery replacement process—and that if they do break my screen, I'd also have to have to pay for a new screen. What?!? If Apple techs damage my perfectly fine undamaged screen (see photo), I’d need to pay for a new screen??? I could hardly believe she was telling me this with a straight face. I’m following up with Apple Customer Support. Hopefully this was just some bizarre misunderstanding. I can’t believe Apple would want to charge me for new damage their techs might create.

Great customer service 👌🏽 got my phone screen replaced here once and today i were there to run a diagnostic on my mother-in-law phone because it kept restarting on its own. Everything went smoothly, the phone will be sent in a repair shop and get back to me within a week.
