Went here to watch my son play a scrimmage football game. It was nice to also walk the track while he played.

best track in area. though some people ruin it. inconsiderate people misuse restrooms. found dirty maxi pad on toilet seat. wish police would drive in here once in awhile as also lot of drug use goes on in and around park.

Would this be considered a relatively safe location to work out at in the morning or early evening?

There was a police presence when I went at 8am. There are lots more people in the evening, I've noticed. Early morning should be fine, though I'd pack pepper spray. No place is 100% safe of rotten humans.
