Fairways we're not bad and the greens were in pretty good condition. Liked the course layout. For what you pay, I would say it's worth it.

Horrible place to golf. Expect to wait 45 min - 1 hour after your tee time to start. If you are anything but a foursome, they will pair you with other groups because they overbook the hell out of the course. The starter was very rude and seemed to treat my friend and I, like we have never played the game (23 & 24 years old with 8+ years of playing). Then the pace of play will set you to play 18 holes in 6+ hours. With constant waiting and sitting behind groups ahead. The clubhouse isn’t even open, so hopefully you are not needing anything! Not to mention the tee boxes are terribly maintained (divots, dead grass, and lots of unmarked tees). Expect choppy greens and concrete bunkers. Paid $50 and will most definitely never be back in my lifetime. Posting so I hope you do not make the same mistake!

This isn't close to a championship course. Instead of building onto the clubhouse which still isn't open you should concentrate on the course. That's what will bring people to the course. Gift certificates are only good after 11am so if you're desperate for a tee time go early or you'll get stuck. Took about 5 and a half hours to play cause there's no ranger enforcing pace of play. Had to wait at every hole.

Course is in terrible condition. Halfway house is closed. No ball washers. Half of the tee boxes don't have two tee markers. Greens are diseased and unmaintained. Traps are completely unplayable. Said to see how far this course has fallen down.
