I can't speak for all the Doctors here but Dr. Pawson is an actual coward. I've NEVER had a doctor that refuses to see his own sick patients before. Isn't that the whole point in having a PCP??? I've been dealing with a chronic cough/lung issue for a couple months and even after multiple negative covid tests (performed at Urgent Care since CAMC will not let me come in), they still refuse to see me in person. I've had to go to Urgent Care multiple times over the last couple months because CAMC apparently doesn't treat sick people. I would've given this place 1 star, but the Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants I've spoken with over the phone have been caring and are trying to be helpful. I will be looking for a new PCP ASAP.

I've gotten great care at Cape Ann Medical Center for decades now, with various physicians over the years. The staff and the physician assistants have always been considerate and helpful. I'm grateful to everyone there and strongly recommend them.
