Easy access. Quick service to obtain car pass. Clean grounds. Beautiful view for my out-of- state family visiting.

No problem paying entrance fees but no water?! They offered "dog water" for my pup but what makes it dog water and not human water? Cause he usually gets better than me. Privy was clean.

Another fabulous New Hampshire state park especially during fall colors. Very friendly park staff and trails are easy to trek. Auto road takes you to the summit, so very convenient if part of the group can not hike and rather meet up at the top.

Super friendly staff - especially Laura! Surprisingly challenging trails with plenty of rock and roots to surmount. The Wapack Trail to the too can be completed in 30 minutes if you keep a steady pace, though you will sweat. The views are fantastic, along the trail and at the top. Being able to climb the observation tower was amazing!

Very good for snowshoeing. The Wapack trail from Pack to North Pack is a great snowshoe trip.
When we were therr two week ago i think they were opening it one car at a time. Lots of people were walking on it due to ice on the trail

Yes, the park is open and used in the winter. People enjoy hiking the mountain after a snow. The park is not staffed and the road to the top is closed. You pay via their iron ranger but now we can reserve and pay online. I recall that the parking lot is plowed but I don't know the details.
