Terrible! Fishes in filters, dead! Dead in the tank, sick fish are being sold. No one helps you! I had to wait for someone at the fish spot and he knew zero about fish. Come on petsmart, hire smart people! It looks like the employees never wanna help. I reported them for selling sick fish, having dead fish in filters and dead fish floating in water. It was gross. Every fish I got from there passed and I was heartbroken. I’m keeping the two fish I have from there and no more. Get more knowledgeable people fire the people who don’t wanna do their jobs and hire ones that wanna work! Thank god I reported them or no cleaning would have been done in those tanks! Those poor fish! :(

Had really bad experience purchasing their cat bag, the zip is broken and my cat run away, had to call 911 and police to find my cat. They spend more than 6 hours to rescue my cat.

Worst store I ever know/ Just want to by a small koi. Let the sale person know that I have a pond but she still keep asking me about the "tank" and a number of questions.. Just to buy a fish ???? They can keep the fish !!! I will never go back there.

I paid for my yorkie terrier $40 for basic bath + cut, additional stuff will quickly raise the bill to $50-$90. Also depends what day you go sometimes prices will go up as well for basic grooming.
