I've had numerous delivery problems from this store ranging from damaged goods to lost packages. The location is awful as there is hardly ever anywhere to park. The staff here from the delivery drivers to the store workers are clearly overworked and miserable. They leave you feeling guilty for putting more work on their plates. I make a point to try and choose any other available delivery service.

Showed up 15 minutes early for an appointment and the gentleman working on the morning of 05/04 was extremely unprofessional. There was nobody in the store and he was upset that I showed up early. He made me stand in the store until my appointment at 10am and had the worst attitude.

We needed to submit an urgent document to the immigration office and got the door closed to our face saying that they only accepted the filing through courier service and not by hand in person. After driving up from Boston in snow storm condition for four hours, this was a blow to us as we would miss the submission deadline once and for all. With only 1.5 hours on the clock before the immigration office closes for the day, we desperately rushed to the nearest UPS store and took a shot at possibly getting a delivery service within the hour. John understood our situation immediately and reached out multiple times for available services and drivers in the area and he was able to find a driver via Priority Mail, who was 30 mins away and could come directly to pick up and drop off the documents. And surely they delivered as promised! The files were accepted at 4:12pm, less than 20 mins before the immigration office closed and the deadline passed. Adam at the store helped us as well, after hearing about our situation, he recommended some local restaurants and places to visit and stay. This is the level of service that truly shows care and compassion, way beyond the financial transaction or the business professionalism. They are in the business of servicing generous dose of humanity. We are truly in debt of John and Adam's help at the St Albans UPS store, and we give our wholehearted recommendations to them, even you need a package to be delivered, or just want to see a friendly face after a long wearing day.
