My phone was stolen and I was extremely stressed since Like most people I have a lot of important life information on there. The agent working D.J. was exactly the help I needed. He is a calm ,chill, and helpful agent. I worked in customer service for over 13 years and he was a model of staying calm when sometimes customers pour out their emotions on someone who just showed up to work 😄😄 not expecting to be a makeshift therapist. But I so appreciated D.J.’s calming help! 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

The man named Abdul working at this Boost Mobile on Fillmore Street in Buffalo period is very nice and very patience. He is Hope me a number of times with my phone. I've also watched him help the senior citizens with their phone when they can't work it. This is some of the best customer service I've seen in years.
