Store was stocked with all supplies needed immaculately clean staff and sales managers well knowledgeable and very helpful delivery of 100 gallon hot water heater was very prompt delivery person was very helpful for unloading the hot water heater product was delivered on time with no scratch or dents I take my hat off to Ferguson's plumbing would recommend anybody needing plumbing supplies or products the shop there first

Serive was slow and my pre order wasn't ready. After getting my order parts were missing and parts were the wrong size.

The store was extremely expensive and if you did not call ahead to set up an appointment you would wait forever. When we finally ordered what we needed ($4,000 worth of products), they delivered it on time. However, my wife did not check every box as she assumed everything would be there as the driver said it was. When the contractor showed up to install, we were missing just under $500 worth of faucets. We contacted Ferguson, but no luck so far. The product is nice, you pay through the nose for it, and the customer service has been poor at best. I will update this Review if they actually do something about it. Buyers beware. Check every item you order and do not trust ANYONE at this place! They do not stand behind anything so far. UPDATE: I stand corrected! They ordered new ones and shipped them out to us. I have changed the rating to reflect this. they did stand behind their product!
