This is not so much about the quality of the home. It’s decent quality. It’s more about the lack of information they give and lack of caring once you’ve moved in. I paid a large premium to build on the wetlands. Had it ever been revealed to me that not only can someone on a wetland build a 6 ft privacy fence but also that they could double fence you after you spent thousands on a containment fence, I would not have built here. And Pulte just doesn’t care. The HOA is run by the builders right now. Pulte could at least reach out to me. Not happy spending so much money on a house in which the neighborhood is starting to look so bad. And it’s not even half done here. Stay away from Epperson if you want a nice place to live.

We chose Pulte to begin with because of the quality, value, and professionalism we experienced on our first visit. It was by far one of the best customer service experiences we've had with a home builder. Alex was very personable and open and honest with our questions. She went above and beyond taking care of our needs. Unfortunately, due to the developer's delayed timeline (not Pulte), we were unable to build a home with them. We still, to this day, stop by to say hi to Alex and thank her for all her help and insight. If you want to build with a reputable builder and honest sales reps - stop at Epperson by Pulte and say hi to Alex! FYI - she's a fan of Starbucks ;)

Alex and Nick went above and beyond in taking care of getting us into our new home. We started the build late in 2019 and due to Covid, we were unable to finish paying for the house until after the house was finished. Everyone at Pulte was very understanding of the situation and patiently waited for the lock-downs to lift. Alex is great to work with and made sure we were able to make it happen. Nick built us a beautiful home, handled the walk through via video chat and even made us a walk through video of our new house upon request. We liked this entire process so much, we plan to have our next house built by Pulte, and this crew if possible. Thank you all so much for everything, we love our new home! Anyone looking to build a home in this area would do well to use this Pulte group.

The laggon will be open for the public for a short period of time and they will be selling a one day pass for those who are intrested in buying a home. I'm not sure how much are the passes, you can call the developers.

Basically 300 when your done in the design center base price starting at say 290 then add all the bells and whistles you will be easily into the 350 range for a average price . Lennar everthing is included though but you will have to pay for a premium lot like no back yard neighbors on the lagoon etc. I am Realtor my services are free it is very important to have someone on the consumers side when purchasing a new home . No cost to the buyer plus I have over 18 years of experience with new home sales .
