If I could sum up my review in one word, it would be "CLEAN". We have stayed here in the past under the previous owners and Ed has continued the same cleanliness of the establishment. These days, there is a lot to be said for a privately run business that makes you feel like you're family. It was also quiet and close to Letchworth Park. Highly recommend, will stay here again.

Here working and could not find a room during tourist season. These folks took care of me, made sure I could get in late night after a 16hr day, clean room. Really nice bed, there were bottles of water in room enough for me to hydrate for the next work day, and name brand coffee!!! Thanks you were a big help

Very uncomfortable to stay there, for the following reasons: 1. no electrical outlet in the bath room, I could not blow dry my hair in front of the mirror and my husband could not use his electrical water pik for his teeth cleaning. 2. toilet flushed 90%. 3. towels were very old & looked dirty. no hooks to hang towels in the bath room. 4. water turned burning hot 2/3 times during the shower. 5. the room will not be cleaned up unless you specifically ask for it. 6. no lights on or by the desk to read the map or browse the computer. However, the owner was very helpful, he gave me the extension cord as I requested and he was very nice and reasonable to let us cancel one night. The location was close to the park. The rate was low, we only paid a daily rate of $85 (with senior discount) for the room with one queen size bed.

My wife and I stayed 2 nights here, and the rooms were super clean, the beds very comfy, and the showers extra spacious! The view was beautiful and the rates reasonable -- definitely a 10/10 experience at a bargain rate. Just needs a bed & breakfast and it'll be perfect.
