I love Denise. If you’re respectful, a good tenant and communicate, she will do her best to accommodate and work with you. The property is quiet, safe and best of all CLEAN. The ladies in the office are lovely and maintenance is always driving around and will gladly answer questions. Neighbors are kind too! You totally cannot beat the price either.

the lady that i spoke to over the phone was very rude and unprofessional. i asked her about an application beings that i’m still in high school. i graduate from high school next week. she told me that i can’t move in with my mom beings that i don’t have a job. how ya expect me to have a job right outta high school. it’s not that easy. i really don’t recommend 👎🏽.

Cheap apartments, good neighbors. Management was often rude and unprofessional. They get attitudes when you ask simple questions as if you’re interrupting their days. They enter your apartment without proper notice. I found out from neighbors there were multiple times they were inside my apartment without notification. I picked a friend up from the airport one day and was accused of illegally having a new tenant! Huge ant problem in the summer. Maintenance men were around the complex in apartments at late hours, past 10:30 pm. Read your lease carefully. They claim that’ out of 365 days of the year only 14 of them are you allowed to have people come over. They charge for every little thing I wouldn’t recommend living here except for the price. Front office staff especially Bonnie and Denise are absolutely horrible. Their rude and don’t communicate properly and never got things done in time. Very combative and aggressive
