First time ever shopping here a week ago.. Came here with 2 of my children. They needed new shoes and socks. I may have also treated myself to a pair or 2 of shoes, sandals and socks. After 2 washes, the socks started falling apart. $8 for a 3 pack of socks and they fall apart after a week?! I bought 4 packs and I regret buying them very much. The shoes are still fine, the socks, forget about it. I imagine if the socks fall apart quickly, the clothes will too. I am now keeping a close eye on our shoes. Will not be returning to this store unless the shoes start to fall apart within the month. Update: A pair I bought was too large. I did not try them on in the store because they were the same size as the first pair I tried on, same brand. Took them back and asked to exchange them. They did so politely, I tried them on before exchanging. Thank you for your patience & assistance.

The Boot

Went in last night around 6:30 pm not too late and definitely no where near closing time went in with my friend and were young were 20 years old spent 35 minutes in there before someone finally helped me this lady was nice and helpful but as we were walking around for about an half hour I guess the store manager gets upset and yells at us saying the store closed two minutes prior I felt rushed and not welcomed there. Manager must’ve looked at me like I was wasting her time or something. 0 stars if possible. Store manager needs to learn some manners.

Walked in to this store around 2pm with my girlfriend and was not offered any help. Three employees standing by the register joking and talking about nothing. The store was pretty much empty maybe 1 other customer. To not be asked if we needed help by one of them is absurd to me. I wanted to buy something for us from them. I walked out and will not return to this store ever due to a unprofessional experience. Kicks shouldn't hire unprofessional staff.
