If I could give less than one star I would!!!! I have allergies, never have had an issue like at this one. Explained I have allergies, had to Ask the guy 3 times to changes his gloves, he sends it down the line to next guy (not saying anything), I had to ask him also to change his gloves. Then asked for fresh guacamole, cause there was cheese in the guacamole. He gave me an issue , tried to grab it from the to go area , which also had cheese in it. Yelled stop! Asked for a manager, explained everything and he went and personally got me fresh guacamole, which I totally appreciate that. Please please please train your staff the seriousness of allergies. If f I had that with cheese in it, I would have ended up sick for at least 3 days and possibly ended up in the hospital.

Sooo I’m like the 1,000th person who thinks this chipotle needs new management. This the only one that I stopped going to cause they don’t make burritos, they make it like it’s a ball…and this a be my last time ever going back. I’d rather take the extra ten min ride to another one. Even with gas being high. It’s like they don’t care to even make it look like a wrap or burrito. Ball it up is what they must be taught. My hands not big but I can cover it with one hand smh…sad part is I see people complaining about management and the comments like a year old and nothing has been done 😂 they don’t care to fix it it seems

The tables, floors and chairs were dirty and in disarray. There was nobody able or willing to take orders up front and required mobile orders only. Mobile order took over 15 minutes later than the app gave for time. This location needs attention quickly.

One of the best burritos I've had at Chipotle. Had a great experience with my dad while sharing a veggie burrito. It was the first time I tried their sofritas/fritas?? (sp?). I forgot the burrito makers name but he was very professional and and on point with his recommendations on how much rice, extras to add etc. Great service. No complaints whatsoever. Update visit during the pandemic 2021: Great visit. Ordering was super easy. Respectful employees. Only bummer is they don't have the plethora of tobacco sauces to try out but during the pandemic it's totally understandable.
