Horrible customer service. Refuses to deliver packages that have been in town 48 hours. Acts like the customer doesn't know what they're talking about.

This USPS location CHOOSE to keep my LIVE FISH shipment over the holiday after claiming it cannot be delivered. I was home ALL DAY, no door knock or rang my bell whatsoever! Haven’t had this issue ever until now. What a bunch of lazy and irresponsible people who can’t do their job right.

The other reviews are insane. Its a post office. I've never had a problem with the staff, in fact, they all seem like very kind and helpful people to me. Even when I go in during a busy time, like the holidays, they always keep the line moving and take time to answer any of my questions. I really wish people would give them more credit for the hard work they do, especially during a pandemic.

Unless you're here to buy stamps or envelopes don't expect anything. They'll redirect you to the pine street location for practically everything, even things they should be fully able to handle at this location. The post office staff in Burlington have done a lot to lower the expectations I used to have of the post office actually doing their jobs with a minimal effort.

Often you can get answers to nearly any question like this by using an internet search service such as Duck Duck Go, Yahoo, or Google. Sometimes you have to rephrase your question to get the information you're looking for, but I'm amazed every day by how easy it is to learn new things and answer most any question. I used Google this time and asked your question. I copied the answer directly from USPS website. 'We’ll replace a lost or stolen money order. There is a $5.95 processing fee" So I guess you can just call them or walk over and get a replacement. For a small fee of course! ;)
