Just had Family Appliance come out to look at our dishwasher. At first they thought it might be the main board, but possibly the pump because it wasn't turning. Got the pump out. May have had a bread tie or similar stuck. Put the pump back in. Works just fine now. They took the time to verify each problem they thought could be the cause. I highly recommend Family Appliance.

I'm a snowbird that returned from up north. I turned the refrigerator on and it ran for a few minutes and quit. Nothing but a light inside working. I took a guess that it might be the capacitor our the relay that went bad. I took my parts to Family Appliance and he said it might have just hit a defrost cycle. He explained the defrost cycle runs on a timer and not demand. So I took my parts back home and put it back together, plugged it in and let it sit there. Sure enough, it started running after about 10 minutes. Family appliance could have easily sold me $70 in parts and I wouldn't have known and difference. The man has integrity and I am happy to write this review for him.

Stopped by here a few weeks ago, on a Saturday to see about getting our 20 year old Kenmore garage refrigerator fixed. The man in the office was very pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable. He sent a repairmen and within an hour our fridge was fixed for a reasonable fee. The technician was also very pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable. He even waited around to make sure it was going to cool again. Definitely recommend this place for appliance repair.

No we dont have $100 or less but we have them starting at $285.00
I regularly picked up fridges in the $300-$375 range, stoves less frequently, but usually in the $275-$350 price range. I've been buying from them for ten years, great prices and service.
They mostly have Whirlpool or one or two other brands at Family appliances. If your looking for brand new they only carry used with a 90day warranty. We bought one for our garage refrigerator to use for drinks and overflow of food. If your in the market for new and are looking for a deal try Sears outlet in Pinellas Park. They may have a dent here or there but we bought our front load washer and new dishwasher from them and are very happy with the choice. Basically half the price of new.

We deliver and Install there is a fee our standard delivery is $40.00 local ground floor. If its upstairs it is $60. We install microwaves $85 and dishwashers $115 if you buy them from us.
