Positive: It was clean - the breakfast was good - the staff were great/polite/mannerable/attentive to my needs. There were a lot of men on the housekeeping team. It was great to see so many young black men employed in the hospitality field. They were fantastic. Negative: I could not see the ocean, only the Boeing factory. LOLOL

Newer hotel is a super convenient location. Right off 95 with a restaurant, fast food and convenience store all within walking distance. Room was fine size-wise, bed was comfortable enough but pillows could have been better. Overall good experience.

Quantum Soul

The hotel itself is great! The front desk staff not so much. We had reservations but the two girls working overnight decided to give one of my rooms to someone else. Then when we arrived they wanted to argue with my husband about it just to turn around and give us the two rooms we needed but told us not to bring our pets. Our original reservation was for two rooms both accepting pets. I brought my dogs into the room for the night regardless and will NOT be staying here again! I wish companies like this would hire the right people and train them correctly. 😋

Staff is excellent. Out bed was super comfortable. Can't beat the park and fly price. Out room was showing wear and had construction debris but we were too tired to request a change. The desk associate called to check on us and was super apologetic. This is our second time there and we'll continue to return. Shuttle driver told us all about the problems with the airport then dropped us at a closed terminal which was very peculiar but we survived. We'll just pay better attention next time
