7/9/22 Play the course today and it wasn’t in the best shape. The front 9 was cart path only due a good amount of rain in the area the past few days. Some of the fairways are bare. Staff is very friendly.

The course is in terrible shape. All but 2 tee boxes have no grass. Tee boxes are uneven. Most fairways have little or no grass on 50 to 70% of the fairway. Greens are in good shape, but usually inconsistent. The course has been this way for 2 months now. They only put money and effort into the course when it is time for the snow birds to show up. The other county course, Buffalo Creek is in great shape.

Since I checked out pricing online and then called with some questions, they took my tee time, and it cost me almost twice as much. When we got there, I was told that's just the way it is. The course was really rough. Sand and no grass in many areas on fairways. Tee box had very spotty grass and the greens had a lot of crab grass that grabbed your ball when putting. Not worth your time and money.

Payed for 18 holes and quit at 9. The” Ambassador” stated we were playing slow and had to pick up the pace! People behind us “complained” We played 9 holes in 2 hours and 15 minutes! The golf cart had a rip in the seat that was duct taped! Did not play slow and for the price a $160 for 2 to play 18 holes. Not cheap! Won’t be back. I wish I would have read these reviews before I booked the tee time as I can see not all were good.

I am unaware of any golf leagues. The course is in the best condition that it has been in five years. The staff is courteous and it will welcome the opportunity to fill in groups in the event that you request it.

Depends on the season and the time. Generally in season around $30-40/player. Off season, afternoon, as low as $19-25. Check for discounts online first!
Never a tournament, always busy but a nice layout. We often have to go by people, greens are much improved recently.

Manatee has regular gas carts with roofs. They do allow for handicap access to tees and greens with a blue flag designation.
The range is open from 7am until 530pm or 6pm (depending on time of year), however on Tuesday they stop selling range balls at 2pm for maintenance purposes and re-open the range by 10am Wednesday morning.
