Paid for wheel service and vacuum and interior...the vehicle still had alot of vacuuming needed and the interior wasn't wiped down at all. I was in a rush as well and who when the cashier came to look she also saw that nothing had been completed properly the only option I was given was to run the vehicle back thru the car wash in which I was on a tight schedule I couldn't do so. I requested that can I receive the payment back for the details that hadn't been completed. The owner jumped in proceeded to say no no money back so I said the services hadn't been completed he then began to state "Bi$*^ your not getting money back. I began to record him once he called me a vulnerable name. I have the entire ordeal on video even when he aggressively ran up to my face with his camera and said now I'll record you Bi$*^. It was very frightening to be attacked over asking for a portion of a refund due to the services that I paid for hadn't been completed properly. I do not recommend this car wash and I'll never return 😕 I have entire ordeal on video I was so nervous when owner became aggressive I had to video for safety reasons bc I had my 10 month old baby with me.

Had my car washed there 2 weeks ago now the chrome on my wheels is gone. Must have an acid in their wheel treatment. I hope they make this right. Cars been covered all winter. Now this.

Very dissatisfied. In the past the wash, wheels, cleaning interior have all been poor. Today, there were still French fries on the floor from a spill last night. Also I had removed all mats for ease of vacuuming the back of my SUV. The back was never touched. I called the owner to report this for future reference. His response to me was they are not there to vacuum and why did I call if I did not want to return so he does not need to answer me at all. I explained that I just wanted the owner to be aware and had not expected a return call. He again said that I did not need to tell him that they wash a lot of cars and I shouldn’t have French fries on the floor. For a company boasting their service to customers for many years, service was surely lacking today.

This is the “after” picture of my passenger side floor. For $30 they really never do a good job -my cup holders always still have crumbs in it and it looks like they don’t vacuum the seats but I still go because it’s 4 minutes away — but I won’t be going back there anymore. Don’t waste your $. Oh - one time they also somehow managed to scratch my passenger side window - there’s a gash in it — and the took some of the paint off of my touch screen radio too.
