I went to them for brake pad replacement. Which is pretty basic job and worth couple hundred dollars. Few hours later after leaving my car there they call me and tell me i need to replace the rotors too or else they can't provide any warranty. That's ridiculous. They basically tried to fear me into spending thousand dollars there. I figured out there marketing sceme, i said no just the brake pads. That's why they put really low quality brake pads which started squeaking after a month. I have had multiple brake pad replacement at other places over many years but i never had such issues. I couldn't bare the noise for too long. So, after another month later i had my brake pads replaced again at my dealership. No more noise. They also said my rotors are fine. Rotors usually lasts up to 70k-80k miles, depending on how you drive. My advice, do your research before going to any mechanic and don't get scared by their fear tactics.

Went in for an oil change and a bulb for my turn signal. they had to order the oil which caused a decent wait. For that they gave me my bulb free which was extremely appreciated. Something happened with the pricing which i was told would take sometime time to fix but instead of making me wait any longer they gave me the oil change for free and sent me on my way. Dave and Rich were extremely professional and pleasant during my whole experience. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Piece of debri flattened my tire instantly. Brian was super helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. He had the problem fixed within a few hours and had me back on the road. I would highly recommend going to Mavis for any of your car needs!
