This cab company really helped us in our time of need. Our car broke down in Fitchburg and AAA would only take 1 person with them. They came right over and picked up the remaining 3 ppl and our dog and drove us the rest of the way home, about 50 min!

So my car is in the shop at the moment. I had to take this service to and from there today. Needless to say that I will NEVER EVER use this company again 11 bucks to go 1.4 miles and that's one way. So my eyebrows ended up costing me 22 dollars extra!!! Next time ..if this ever happens again I'll just make the wall. This was RIDICULOUS and the morning dispatcher EXTREMELY rude. The cab driver that dropped me off was extremely nice but she told me the $11 was for round trip. If I would've know it was only for one way I would've just walked it. I understand that inflation is killing us but this is just INSANE
