I’ve been a customer of extra space storage for the past few years in South Florida. Since we moved to this part of the State we have used ESS a couple of years ago, even though their customer service has always been way above their competition, our latest experience at their facility on Trinity Blvd, has been something above exceptional. Holly couldn’t have been more helpful. She went over and above to accommodate us, even when they didn’t have any units available, she figured out a way to help us during our very stressful and difficult move! I don’t have words to describe her amazing customer service and the extent of our gratitude to her!

I have utilized storage services by Extra Storage in Trinity, FL for a year now. Absolutely satisfied with this facility and the employees!! Very clean and I feel safe when I visit. Hollie is a wonderful manager and goes above and beyond to ensure that her customers are happy. She helped me out, called me back when promised and made sure I was happy! Great Service!!

Extra Space Storage is clean and fairly easy to access. The employees have always been kind as well. However, they constantly increase their prices at a ridiculous rate and do not prorate when you move out. They add units in to what should be hallways (right in front of the elevator on the third floor) which makes it absurdly hard to navigate and move large items. I do not believe I received the value I deserve for the amount of money I paid. Find someplace with better prices and do not get sucked in by a “deal” or a “special.” Your price will go up in a few months.
