The worst! Hours are not convenient for working people. Now closes at 6:00pm, 5:00 on Sundays. Rent increases without notice. Latest rent increases by about $100/month! Nothing at all like advertised. No one answers the phone in the office. Dumpster has been removed, so nowhere to out trash, you have to take it with you! No lighting, which is in the ad. Unit flooded, no clean up or recourse. Icy and dangerous in winter. I talked to the general manager about rent inreases causing a mass Exodus, his response was oh well, other people will move in".

I went to sign my contract and see the unit. Mai was the employee working and was very helpful. She allowed me to view the unit before I signed the contract. She reviewed the contract with me. She was very polite and helpful. Overall my experience so far has been positive.

My Public Storage experience was absolutely the best. Ms. Mae was so helpful and appeasing, even though I was late & picked the wrong size unit. I would like to say thank you Ms. Mae for your professionalism, patience and knowledge in assisting me. You were such a pleasure and public storage should know they have an exceptional employee.
