It's unconscionable and disgusting that you would charge $10 for packet-sealed, MICROWAVED Mac and Cheese--especially as a company that claims ad nauseum to be "fresh" and healthy. And please don't tell me the pandemic or "supply issues" are making it difficult to source macaroni that costs you, what, a dime? Twenty cents? The margins on this item must be >1000%. Instead of praising yourself for how healthy your food is for your customers, how about you first care about our wallets? Isn't that a part of being healthy too, or do you expect us to be broke and healthy? I look forward to supporting a health-oriented chain in the future that charges $3 for a simple microwaved bowl of mac and cheese, and doesn't gleefully jump at the chance to charge me a fortune at every opportunity. I bought nothing at your restaurant and WALKED OUT!

What I Most enjoy is their menu changes periodically or seasonaly. You're able to pick any 2 combo meal of a soup salad or sandwich or all 3 if youd like and there's always a good variety of items to choose from.

This is our Panera of choice. The restaurant is always clean and the service is usually very good. We usually grab dinner here, which, thankfully, is when there are not many people in there. Their have been a few times where the associates were minorly unprofessional, but not enough to deter me from returning or changing my review.

Most of the food was good but my half sandwich had so little meat on it. First bad Panera experience. Sandwich pic was my steak and cheddar.
