Paid $200 for a couples “90 minute massage” that was really 70 minutes. Really misleading advertising. When we asked about why our massage was shortened at the front desk they mentioned it was for 10 minute consultation before and 10 minutes dressing/undressing. We spoke to the massage therapist for 1 minute. Should of listened to the bad reviews all saying the same thing, take your money elsewhere. Most places these days massage the time promised/advertised.

Had an appointment with this location and due to unfortunate events I had to cancel. I had surgery a few days before and in attempt to avoid further injuries to that particular area I thought I reschedule my massage for a later date, when I called to do so this morning I was notified that I would be charged a $25 no show fee. No customer service nor empathy was shown in consideration for the thought me avoiding any future mishaps that could have been. Needless to say, I will not be making any future bookings or refering anyone to any your locations. No customer service....no customer....that easy!

Booked a massage online for my birthday. They took my credit card and sent confirmation. Arrived and am told that I'm not on the schedule. Was given an excuse that they are having problems with their website. Said they could not accommodate and offered no apology nor did they offer to make it right and book me for a different time! Appalling treatment for a zen place! Very disappointed and won't return. Called a local competitor who booked me for services tomorrow. Guess Essentials doesn't need good clients! I tip very well, so happy ro spend my money elsewhere.
