Clean, quite, friendly, bug/mosquito free. Pool is big and has a beautiful patio surrounded by tropical foliage. Key pad and gate to help you feel safe but in a nice enough area that you wouldn't expect problems any way. I see things such as bicycles and golf carts being kept outside with seemingly no locks. None of our 'lesser' valued outdoor items have been bothered. We had an ant problem when we first arrived but 5 minutes after calling the office someone came to spray the grounds and we never seen another during our 2 month stay. there are both campers and skirted mini mobile homes in the park, but there is one area that has the more rustic traditional campground feet to it. Those spaces do have electric and water, but no sewer, if you don't mind dumping or using the parks clean and well kept facilities you will love that area. Picnic tables are in good condition, spaces have cement patios but not pads so leveling may be a challenge. All in all, for the price, cleanliness, security, pool area, and prompt reaction to issues... 5 stars all the way.

It's a 55+ campground so we are thankful that they accommodated our little family for my husband's big job. Everything was so last minute and we were very stressed, but the owner welcomed us with a great attitude! The woman that works the office... not so much. Not gonna get started on her. We couldn't find the trash dumpster, only recycling, but i could never get ahold of anybody in the office to ask. The electric was SO horrible. Our AC & water heater would be on and the power would trip constantly and my husband had to go out and wiggle the wires. Some guy came out and told us to switch posts and that didn't help. Then they had the nerve to charge us $70 when we left for power! The guy who cuts grass is super nice. He hit our trailer with the lawn mower and i just wanted them to let him know to be more careful (literally the only time the they answered in the office) & the woman argued with me. Finally he stopped and i went out and spoke with him and he was easy and nice as could be. The laundromats are a joke. No working change machines (nobody in the office to give change) and the units are so old, the dryer didn't even dry our clothes. They spent 2 hrs in the dryer and never dried. There's a really nice house on the grounds that's beautiful... maybe those people should be taking care of the park?

Yes. You can buy access per day, week, or month. Buying access by month is usually the cheapest way to go, about $20. The signal is not that great and gets congested by everyone using it at certain times of day. So depending on what you use it for and how often, you may want to get your own source of internet.

Do you have tent camping.

Stay away from this place. The owner and his son are very disrespectful. There are much better places around town.
