Wasted a fair amount of time picking out clothes but they do not have the dressing room open which they never explained why just said that its been closed for 2 years. They should have a sign on the door, I would never have expected them to have their huge dressing room closed or I wouldn't have shopped there to begin with.

This location has a huge selection, great clearance deals, and it's well organized. The employees were efficient. One of the better Rainbow locations I have been to!

Go here from time to time. I go there for my daughter and she likes the clothes. I'm glad they continue the option for lay away.

Shopped this location this week. Been in retail for 20 plus years as a manger. I understand the hours, the productivilty, the protection of the inventory. But what is disturbing is the quality of the service. These young women have no sense of customer service. Leave the hood mentality at home. Rude...no sense of style, and showing pictures of men on their cell phones to another associate while that associate is CLEARLY servicing a guest. Then when the NEXT customer is in line....your example of your business yells out" NEXT IN LINE" As she rolls her eyes and has aggression in her voice. Where they do that at? RAINBOW IN TROY! GIRL BYE
