Staff here is extremely knowledgable! They supply a lot of equipment to help with your homebrew, wine, cheese, soap and beekeeping needs. I go here for most of my homebrew supplies and if I have a question regarding a project, they are more than happy to provide direction and personal experience to help me succeed.

Came in looking to get a couple pieces of equipment and see ingredients. The staff was unhelpful and dismissed my questions about their suggestions for alternatives to the ingredients I was looking for. Additionally, they don't even keep their dry yeast refrigerated, it is left at ambient which in a warehouse space likely swings all over the place.

My experience here has been A++. The staff is helpful, intelligent and provide an excellent and uncommon level of expertise and service. Their inventory is quite vast covering just about anything one could want or need to ferment and preserve the results. The concern by the staff to provide the best service they can (and not just make profit) is admirable and not frequently seen these days. This business is an asset to the community.
