The pick up days and time were different each week. The service representative for Sumter County, Mitch, LIED to myself and my spouse when we set up service stating that we could cancel at any time. This was the biggest reason we decided to start service, knowing we could cancel it and not be stuck on a year contract. It was more expensive than another trash service we inquired on, but, we were told cancel at anytime, no fees. I was told once we were finally able to cancel the service at the end of the month, there would be NO other bill/fee, just to make sure the dumpster was empty when it gets picked up for removal. SURPRISE, we receive a bill in the mail, $200 to remove the dumpster!!! Very poor business. You have area reps LYING to customers, being very unethical!! DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE!!!!!!!!!

Our collection driver is Joe Carrillo. He asked me if I would be willing to give him a review. I have never given a review for anything before but said absolutely. He's very friendly and helpful, and so prompt. There hasn't been a variation in his pick up time of more than 10 minutes.

Love my guys!!! My recycling driver Derek has become a friend over the years, best guy ever, always helping out and going above and beyond, even stopped to check on us after our entire family went through the flu! We even use his home remedies now:) Andrew did a same day large pickup, we have a bunch of kids coming here this weekend for a church event, made such a difference being able to free up that extra space, we really appreciate you guys, thank you!!!!

Joe Carrillo is our driver. He always has a smile on his face. He has been so helpful. We had a lot of garbage from someone moving out and he let us know what we could do to get rid of it fast. Always prompt and ready to help. Couldn’t ask for a better driver. Thank you Joe!!
