The manager was very rude with me when I just asked her where an item was. Has no sense of professionalism and clearly doesn’t care about her job either. She literally screamed at me!! Worst experience buying in a family dollar store, they should give the position to the very calm gentleman that scanned me items. She was working there on Dec, 28 at 8:30pm.

New cashiers who are beyond rude, the shelves are empty from the delivery truck not coming due to the rain, what a waste of a trip with rude service. The cashier caught a hole attitude because I asked for him to place the screen back up to enter my phone number for the coupons, Shopping bugggys barley roll, just a poor shopping experience here, the key pad to enter you pin had some much grime and dirt on it.

I want to remind people that there are plenty of signs stating if the store has change or not for that day. Obviously people are not seeing the news about a change shortage that is not on Family Dollar, that is on the banks not giving out change. It makes me upset when a customer comes into my store and we tell them way beforehand that we don't have change and they get upset. some people need to grow up. Also people complain about lines in the store if you don't like the lines go to another store. That Family Dollar is the only one around that area besides the one that is 10 minutes away so if you don't like that store go to another one. As far as the beggars in the front I got to say the store has crack down on that. remember people the employees are people just like us they are not owners of Family Dollar so try to treat them with respect because they are out there risking their lives for us so that we can get good items at a great price. The new manager cleaned this place up and the employees are great.
