The staff was absolutely amazing! They took such great care of my Rosie and worked with me financially. I didn’t feel looked down upon for not having much money. They cared more about my dog than the money. They turned a scary situation into a good experience. My Rosie is feeling so much better now.

I cannot be more complimentary of the family centered care that my Charlie was rendered 3/12/22-3/14/22. ALL of the staff (MD, nursing, tech, and administrative) were so kind and open to discussing his plan of care. My only feedback is that perhaps a proprietary discharge coordinator be in place for discharges. Admittedly, I arrived around change of shift, but I called in advance that I was on my way. I waited an hour in the parking lot for him to be brought out. I understand that there may have been procedures that were taking place at the same time, but having a dedicated discharge team for a busy practice such as yours may be a benefit. Thank you again for taking such good care of my patriotic pup (he swallowed an American flag bandanna and he expelled it without surgical intervention 🤦🏻‍♀️)! Marie Fortuno, MSN, BSN, RN

I've had to use this place on a few occasions once when a Rover stay ingested poison before she was dropped off to me. And once when dog was very sick due to an anxiety attack that caused her to eat her bed. On December 5 I called the Pet ER around 330am and asked if it was busy because I needed to put my cat to sleep. I didn't want her having to suffer for another 7 hours and wait for the regular vet to open. The staff was so kind and compassionate as they wached a 31 year old man cry as he went through this the first time. I was able to put on the table my cats little bed I made for her, her favorite pony, and her absolute favorite a sock of mine. I said I had made paw impressions earlier that day of her feet and they offered to make me better ones because all u wanted was her paw prints. December 5, 2021 was a very sad day for my family. But the staff at the Pet ER treated my Nuz with respect and dignity and loved on her until the end. Thank you.

Cannot say enough about the caring, compassionate staff here. My dog Chloe presented with labored breathing and cyanosis on a Thursday morning. The team met us at the door and evaluated her quickly. The whole time she was there, they communicated with us about her progress and we were even able to visit with her with our other dog. She stayed the weekend and was finally stable enough to bring home on Sunday. We were able to have some really good days with her before she passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by her furry brothers and sisters. A huge thank you to Dr. Richardson, Dr. Lamare, Dr. Davis, Dr. Lin, and all of the nurses and technicians who helped her and us through this process. You are all the best!

I have a dog about 72 lb how much is it to have him cremated

It is $72 for communal cremation, you wouldn't get the ashes but you can get a clay paw print. It's $194 for private cremation and you'll get your choice of urn along with that clay paw print.

Your pet could still be losing weight even if eating well and consuming all the food in the bowl. Causes for this can include: Intestinal parasitesHormonal imbalanceMalabsorption (difficulty absorbing nutrients from food)Maldigestion (difficulty breaking down food)Underlying medical issues, i.e., diabetes, severe heart disease, chronic infection, cancerLack of a complete diet (not enough nutrition in the diet currently being fed; seen more with homemade and raw diets rather than quality commercial foods)Not feeding enough food
