Banfield Towson has cared for my 2 dogs with a high level of quality for several years. However, their customer service completely fell apart during the pandemic and is still a mess today. It is common for no one to answer the phone and their voice box is usually full and cannot receive messages. Banfield Towson claims that their service is negligent due to staffing shortages and accepting many new patients. They also require customers to remain in the lobby while their pets are being seen by the vet for Covid safety. We have all learned to adapt to a new normal, including the veterinary industry. Covid is no longer a reasonable excuse for terrible customer service.

You can not be with your pet during the examination. Was told by a worker it was so they didn't get backed up, and could service more customers. In others words; they choose quantity over quality. Nope, I'm not treating my family member like that. There is enough stress on a pet having to go to the vet. They don't need to be alone also.

I took my pitbull mix here for the first time who gets a little nervous but never aggressive maybe a nervous growl but that’s it during her visits and as they were taking her back they kept asking me and you sure she doesn’t need a mussel multiple times as i proceeded to tell them no and as she goes back i get a call not even 2 minutes after she went back saying that she was trying to bite them and i know for a fact that couldn’t be true unless she felt threatened. I’ve taken her to Glen burnie one previously and they always say she awesome so i don’t know what could have happened here. Will not be coming back here

Service here was great! This was my first time coming here with my newly adopted kitten and it was a great experience! I got checked in, dropped her off, and then got a call ten minutes later saying she was finished!!

We believe that preventive care is the most effective way to keep your pet healthy throughout all stages of life. Our pet hospitals offer many preventive care treatments, including: • Vaccinations • Dental Care • Parasite Control • Nutritional Counseling • Behavioral Counseling • Comprehensive Examinations
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
