Ordered a Margherita flatbread online. Was ready on time, but got home to a flatbread with only cheese & tomatoes on it. Absolutely zero basil. So disappointing not a Margherita without it. Money wasted, wasn’t good so I didn’t eat it. Beware & double check any order from this location before leaving.

Jessica's service was awful. She purposely ignored customers waiting to order at the register, and a group even left without ordering because of her service. I called to place an order and pick up and pay in cash but they refused. I just wanted to order ahead because of the long wait times to get your food. Understandable if that is against policy and what they do, but when I asked "so you can't do that?" instead of saying no and giving a plain response she asked me if I wanted to speak to the manager. When the manager answered the phone, instead of greeting me and asking me what my problem was, they said they couldn't do it and didn't even give me a chance to speak to them. Definitely worst service I've received at a Panera. I'm shocked they got the order right. It’s probably because Jessica wasn’t in the kitchen.

This is the worst Panera bread in Philadelphia. The food i purchased aren’t had any ingredients. A salad with no salad. And a tuna sandwich with no tuna. I never will spend my money at this location again.My mom salad didn’t have any dressing inside her container. Had to give her mines because i barely had a salad anyway. This location is tacky. Look at my salad. I need a gift card or something. Will be reaching out to corporate

Ordered my usual, Autumn soup and Mac n cheese, both were delicious. I was a tad bit upset because they tossed my baguette in the bag no wrapping no bag. Maybe it was an afterthought. Please note the pictures; granted the food looks delicious, but is there any reason it was a half serving. Yes, half maybe a third. This order was delivered by Door Dash, great service, by the way. If we had physically been there, I am sure we would have received a full serving. Disappointed in the portions because we were charged full price.
