Out of almost everything, take forever even with many people on staff, quality of food is gross. Never coming back to this location. Worst chipotle I’ve been to :/

Last few times I went they were out of many ingredients(chips, dressing, veggies, beans). Last time I went the food was completely flavorless and gross, threw it away immediately. Super long wait times for literally a line of like 3 people because they are so disorganized and unprofessional.

I try not to use this location at all costs. Today I ordered ahead via the app for a burrito bowl. I had paid for double chicken and double veggies among the normal offerings as well. When I picked up my bag, my food nearly fell out from the bag being wet. Then I came to realize there was no napkins, no silverware and as I opened my meal I found a single piece, not serving, of chicken and NO VEGGIES. I really don't mean to be a Karen, but when I pay for double and receive none? Unacceptable (pictured fork and napkins are my office stash just in case)

They did have black beans, but the lady in the back doesn’t want to cook. They lied to all of us that they don’t have beans. 4-5 people including I argued that how come you guys don’t have black beans at all. After 5 mins guy who was taking orders said that they have black beans and he asked lady In the back who was at the grill to cook and she said I don’t we I found out that they did not wanted to cook. Chipotle needs to take an action on these kind of these people. Place was busy and still they did not want to make the back beans.
