I returned two pair of pants. I has been given a $30.00 coupon for opening a jc Penney credit card. I used the $30.00 coupon plus money to buy the pants. When I returned the pants they would not give me back my $30.00 coupon. I lost $30.00 that they used as a reason to open their card. I'm very dissatisfied. I'm using Macy's from now on. Macy's does not do shady things like this.

Went in to buy a shirt and tie for Easter. First off selection of shirts extremely limited. Not nearly the selection there used to be. Picked up a tie off of a table that had a sign saying 40% off JF J. Ferrar collection. The tie was marked $40 but rang up as $45. The cashier even looked at the label and said nothing about the discrepancy. When I brought the sign and the discrepancy to their attention the cashier said I can adjust the price to $40 and then take 30% off because that’s the best coupon we have out. Totally unacceptable!

I am a constant customer at this store. This store, in specialty has become horrible with their customer service because of their attitude and disrespect for their customers. Today I was acknowledged by Lee and his manager Hilda. Which made matters worse. This duo, was addressing not being able to utilize my fiancés credit card just because he wasn’t with me even tho I have used it multiple times at this locations and others. The first time I have ever had this issue. Adding on to this, it was ridiculous how they allowed for the customer behind me to add into the situation with their opinion. It was completely unnecessary for them to treat me in this manner when I was upset because I have never had this situation when I know all that Lee wanted was for me to get the credit card myself. I have just came out of my shift as a healthcare worker and all I wanted was to buy my fiancés clothes for him to wear to his interview. It is very biased how I was treated and completely unprofessional. I’m sorry but this was ridiculous how in every other store I have never had this problem and now I go to the closest store near me and they let me buy everything without any problems. Thank you for being horrible!

Great place to shop! Got everything that you need from make ups and jewelry to clothes and some house stuff. Good parking lot as well,always easy to park and get there. Employees are friendly and welcoming and always trying to help you out. Store is very clean and maintained. Great t- shirt selection in men's section(just own observation) 4 stars only because prices for lots of stuff are not very reasonable.
