We got there at the right time, the inventory was plentiful. Check out was long, we went during the week so I assume they were short handed. I bought 2 pair of shoes on clearance (same shoe (one for me, one for a friend)) and discovered they charged full price!! I no longer had the tags so I didn't go back.

Average TJ Maxx. This one in particular is usually packed with rude tourists that find it normal to throw merchandise all over the place

Absolutely disgusted by the behavior of the employees at this store. I lost my car charger and had to contact my elderly mother, as it was an emergency. I ran in there really quick to get one. It was 9:30, literally closing time when I got up to the register. I usually pay with Samsung Pay on my phone, and my phone died so the cashier asked if I wanted to sign up for a TJ Maxx credit card if I could show her identification because that seemed to be the only option. I explained to her the situation with my mother and my phone. I told her I was going to the car for the identification and she said ok, that's perfectly fine. She said it was no problem. She was very nice about it. I come back and the doors are locked, I'm lightly knocking to get someone's attention and all of the employees were staring at me like I was some kind of freak, walking away and blatantly ignoring me. Crazy thing is they were all nice to my face earlier. The cashier who told me I could go to my car put a sticky note up against the window telling me to come back tomorrow. In no way, shape or form did anybody tell me they wouldn't be able to open the doors back up for me to complete my transaction. I understand the need to cash out and close up, but she should not have told me I could go to my car in the first place if it was near closing. I used a different phone I could not pay with to show them a message through the window that it's an emergency and I need to contact my mother. SHE (the cashier) told me it was perfectly fine to go to my car and come back. Even though I told them it was an emergency and I had to contact my mom and I needed the charger so badly, and it would have taken 60 seconds to pay and leave, every single employee including the manager didn’t care and continued to ignore me. Gave me stank looks. Terrible customer service experience, and it just goes to show that the management is terrible and that this location doesn't care about their customers at all. No sympathy for my situation at all. The lack of compassion was so confusing to me. I bet you if I was a white guy, they most likely would have opened those doors. Disgusting store, would not recommend unless you want to deal with fake, rude employees who will tell you one thing and then switch it up on you the next second. Edit: Called the manager about it and he laughed at my situation, then proceeded to give me a fake apology. He told me they kept the doors open til 9:50 which is a complete lie because I came back at 9:45, I looked at the time before I left my car. Told him his employees need better training and left it at that. He is unfit for a manager position, period, and should find another job.

As always, it's a good experience shopping at TJmaxx. Today I was looking for I.T. Luggage suitcases... although the selection wasn't huge at this particular store, I found what I was looking for.

Yes. The important thing is their prices.
I haven't actively searched for a stroller therefore I can not answer with accuracy, however T.J. Maxx has quite a well diverse variety of products plus pretty good price tags, so I'd give it a go if you have the opportunity.
I dont know,sorry
Masking in place, cleaning after each cash out
