I drove over an hour to make it to the store, I was there before it closed and honestly the staff is always SO immature and unfriendly. I was trying to help the girl by taking off the hangers and didnt know how to get the pants hangers off and she just kept standing there. I gave it to her and said sorry I dont know how to get this off for you, she kept silent and RIPPED the pants off and totally gave me the attitude. As soon as I paid she just turned around and carried on, no heres your clothes, no thank you for your business or anything. We will not be giving our hard earned $ to a disrespectful business like this. P.s. thank you for your response. I appreciate it. The girl actually did not seem to be shy at all. She had quiet a language and mindset while talking to the other worker and I was happy I let my kid stay with daddy in the car. Its a lot on your plate as the owner I understand, especially considering the kind of generation these youngsters are. But seriously, its just sad that peoples personalities can/will ruin businesses.

Love this place. Moved to the area in 2017 since then all kids clothing comes from here. No complaints 👌 Quality is great and my 9year old is always happy with fashion trends available. 5 year old really does not care but momma does. Halloween costumes and other holiday outfits are priced good. I also bring my kids gently used toys and clothes and always get a great deal. In addition they have points program and there are some good discounts. Have fun shopping 🛍 ☺

Customer service has definitely gone downhill. Miss all the old friendly faces… Ariana, Emma, and Bailey were always great. Still a good selection of clothes though with fair prices.
