Horrible experience today with an Asian American sales associate at this store. She was extremely rude to me for no apparent reason, so rude that it shocked me and prompted me to write this review. She rolled her eyes at me when I asked for her assistance, fully intending for me to see her doing it. I felt like she was going out of her way to make me feel unwelcome. She just pointed to the general area where I could find what I was looking for and did nothing to assist me. Not sure why she’s there, she isn’t even doing the job LLL pays her to do. Not what you want to experience when you come in to spend your hard earned money at a retail store. This has never happened at any other LLL location I’ve been to, but it definitely left a negative impression and caused me some unnecessary stress today. I won’t return to this location again, unless they get rid of her and anyone else who treats a customer or any person like this. It’s uncalled for and kinda disgusting. Do better Lulu, your clothes are too expensive not to provide excellent customer service.

I think I’ve given this place a low rating before. But again from another transaction/interaction experience I felt I was more of a bother. I’m not an in shape Caucasian, (I’m of medium build from mild workouts and a semi-physically demanding job) therefore I guess I’m not the cookie cutter shopper. I was not greeted. Even after being passed by multiple workers. I love the brand but my in-store experiences are always lacking. I prefer to shop online with this company.
