If I could give this place zero stars I would. I buy every week from Nike & all the factory & outlet stores. I know the rules. Only 5 of each item. 30 items per customer. The girl that checked me out was so rude & even after counting everything out and making sure I didn’t have more than the requirements she said I couldn’t buy three different pairs of socks because the style was the same even though the size was completely different. One was kids. One was woman’s. & I know that’s not the truth. Then she rang everything up, ripped off some of the tags, then voided it & re-rang it up. TOOK WAY TOO LONG! Then when I asked her if she put my 10% off coupon towards my balance she refused to use it because I bought 30 items! (The guy in the store got me signed up on the app so I could get that) This has never happened at any other Nike factory, clearance or outlet. She gave me straight attitude the whole time & doesn’t know the Nike procedures at all!!! With the amount of money I spend with Nike, I thought I’d receive better customer service than this

Parked immediately in front of the store identifiable by its swish! Masks required, no touch hand sanitizer available at the entrance. Very well stocked - kids to adults. Good prices on shoes!
