My property was worth more before this community took over the area. Trash is thrown everywhere, especially cigarette packs. Dog duty is left on sides of roads. Totally nasty. Do not pay attention to the positive reviews. They are likely Nobility employees.

We loved the place gave money to reserve a lot to built. They turned around and sold lot to someone else. They did us a big favor, we found a piece of property built a real house and happy where we are at. No fees to pay.

No rentals, only owner occupied. Walden woods north has rentals
The fees vary from lot to lot. (Corner, extra room etc.) The HOA fee includes use of the pool, community building and water service
If you are looking for a new home, 6 are scheduled to start construction over the next 2 months. There are still over 60 remaining lots.
