They lucky to have 1 star!!! The front desk lasy receiver is horrible. Worst customer service. We truckers deliver food to get this service is horrible. Checked in at 6am didn't get offloaded till next day. Hate this place no place to eat or relax while waiting to offload in this hot weather.

Was very polite when I approached recieving window, said good morning and no response, she pointed to wall and told me in a very rude tone to fill out paperwork for receiving, does alot of pointing and nothing else.Very rude and arrogant Lady working receiving, no people skills or it may be she doesn't like Caucasians drivers has rude remarks towards drivers. I believe she has racist issues with anyone other than spanish drivers. Welcome to freshpoint Orlando. Management needs to evaluate her people skills and inform her without trucks running freight nobody would have a job including management.

Had a 7am appt on Saturday didn't put me in a door until 9am and wasn't unloaded and given paperwork until 11am. Mind you I was the first truck that checked in at 6am the other 5 trucks that came after me got unloaded and paperwork before I even got to a door. Never again

This place was great. Checked in at 5:30 a.m., and was in a dock within 15 minutes. I was unloaded and paperwork received within an hour. Great job
