Absolutely horrible customer service. Refuses service to almost 20 members that have been playing at the rink since opening for no reason and was provided no explanation and staff was horrible with communication. Customers felt unwelcome with the hostile service provided by adult league staff. Don’t waste your time playing in an adult league when the league coordinator will ban you and your team from the league while simultaneously refusing to talk to you. Go to Brandon or Clearwater.

My friends and I were apart of a Thursday night mens league at AHCI this past season. We ranged in age from 18 to 21 easily making us the youngest team at the rink. Due to this, we were constantly outright bullied by the staff, slammed by other teams, and constant nasty remarks just because they thought they could walk over us because they were older. The main source of issue was from the manager Misty who has no business of having the title, let alone job that she does. Our goal was to have fun with are friends and we were given constant struggles both on and off of the ice. It got to the point where our players were getting hit by other teams to take us out of the league and the officiating crew took no responsibility. Futhermore, not only was our team banned from the arena with no explanation, any member that was present on our team is no longer aloud to play at AHCI. Yet again no explanation, just pure lack of adultism, leadership, and judgement. I advise any hockey team do not give your money to this fraudulent business and take your talents elsewhere.

Been to alot of hockey rinks and tournament's in my day! I was very impressed with the cleanliness, friendly staff. Tournament was supposed to be 4 games but ended short with 3, small downside. They got an amazing restaurant with beverages for all ages and great grub! All in all had a great time at this facility! Would surely come back!

Great experience watching these girls from all over play hockey. Wonderful arena, with viewing from everywhere.

You no longer have to wear a mask. it is open to public skate
Its real ice, however, they can remove the ice to allow for Roller Hockey. However, all of the rinks - all 4 and a half - are real ice! They are well maintained, and groomed properly. I play in a league here.
Nope, just walk in and register with the front desk. Just make sure you check their website for public skate times.
Yep!
If you have your phone and have the application to watch from your phone you can use their WiFi to stream it yes
They do not practice there. They practice at the Brandon arena.
Yes, they have one rink dedicated to curling, and they have the stones as well. You can check out their website for times and classes.
Games are free there
I've asked too without a direct answerother than that it changes so frequently (week to week). So I assume they are short staffed & can't keep up with changes
Yes, it is open to the public.
If you are referring to public skates you can just walk in.
Yes, Top Shelf, bar and food and the food is amazing!
No.
Check their calendar on their website.
Yes! They are open to the public and it is a great facility to host a birthday party at!
Not sure, only been there for hockey tournaments
$15 covers admission and skate rental for public skate sessions!
There is open skating and then there is Skate and shoot or Stick & Puck which are a type of open skating where you can take your Stick & Puck on the ice as well. I know for a fact you can rent skates for any open skating or skate and shoot. The rink will supply the pucks for skate and shoot but I believe you will need to have your own stick gloves and helmet. Their website I believe has most of the available ice times .
$15 without skate $10 with
45 to 50
Omg yes it is
They regularly have both a stick and puck session, as well as actual hockey practices. You can call them or check their web site to see what they have. They are all well run, and well coached.
C league semi finale is today. Championship next week
They have lots of information on their website. Public skate is $15/person or 4 or more is $12.50/person.
Its more than either! Its a facility with 4 and a half rinks, and off ice training facility, a full pro shop, a restaurant, and so much more. Being sponsored y a hospital, they do have state of the art trainers and medical facilities on site to handle on ice injuries - but this is a true ice sports facility.
No
Yes, it is open for public to watch training sessions. Some events, like US national women's hockey team games are not free, but those are specifically advertised as paid events.
There are two regulation rinks, one olympic size rink and a small training / party rink.
As mentioned by others, open skate is reasonable! Check with the office regarding leagues. They have adult and recreational leagues. Also, some travel leagues call this center home, which travel hockey teams do cost more. My daughter plays with the high school team out of this rink. Lightning support high school hockey is reasonably priced too -- approximately$800 for this season. Good luck!
Yep 9.75 to skate, 4.25 to rent skates, or they have a family 4 pack for $40 for skating and skates
I would say by November is an accurate guess. They are working on it.
No, it's 10 dollars for figure skates but for hockey skates, I'm not sure. It takes around 20-30 minutes to get them sharpened though.
