If I’m ever in need of assistance I always make the drive to this location. The staff is always helpful and informative with any of my needs. The store is very well organized in a manner that it is easy for patrons to find what they are looking for. I’ve been to many different gun shops here in Orlando and The Armories is my go to, I always recommend friends and family to shop here.

I know their primary business is retail; however, their internet ordering and delivery is superb. I had a couple of questions about a product and Mike the Air Force Veteran quickly got on the chat and answered them. It was a very straightforward chat. Didn’t have a virtual assistant “help” me. I asked about pricing, but 2 days later when I went to order the product, the price had gone up. I again did a chat and Mike honored the previous price. I ordered the product at noon on a Friday. It got picked up by FedEx at 2 the same afternoon! I had it in my hands at 1 PM on Monday. This is their standard shipping. Puts other internet providers to shame. These folks are honorable and really customer focused. I’m happy I found them. Thanks!

I got my suppressor through these guys, which is a normally difficult process, but they made it as easy as possible. Especially when Eforms first came out. And when i bought the wrong thread mount for my silencer co piston they refunded me 100% even though their refund policy says 50% after the package is open. They got me the correct part i needed and its good to know these guys care more about helping the customer rather than just making a buck. Fantastic customer service and the staff goes above and beyond to make sure you are set. Would 10 out of 10 recommend The armories in Kissimmee.

This place is awesome!!! Best bang for your buck!! I walked into the Armories today wanting to purchase a shotgun, not only did I go home with a sick gun, the staff was fast, knowledgeable, and experienced! I am not new to firearms, but I learned alot about what would meet my needs and I actually saved money by just casually interacting with the staff. Brian Adams steered me into a better and cheaper shotgun than I originally wanted and I could not be happier. I would recommend to atleast stop by the Armories before making a purchase to make sure it's right for you.
