I am quite dissatisfied with Kissimmee Jewelers because in January 2022 I dropped off my sapphire bracelet for repair. As of April 18, 2022 I have not received my bracelet back, nor compensation of any kind for it although I have been promised a new replacement bracelet from the same company but have never received it. I have driven to the store a minimum of 4 times to address this issue but in spite of being promised I have never received a phone call or communication of any kind from this jewelry store. On my fourth and final visit on March 30, 2022 I was advised that Aurora Lopez, the office manager would contact me that day, the next day or on April first. Ms. Lopez never responded to me. At this point in time I can only conclude that my bracelet has been stolen by an employee. Moreover, management in the company has not provided monetary compensation for this loss or theft, and has not ordered the same bracelet for me as a replacement. I have also learned that this company is not registered with the Better Business Bureau. Although each individual staff member has been conciliatory during my visits on four separate occasions, management has willfully failed to respond to me. Clearly the strategy is for the customer to become discouraged and abandon their efforts. Please be wary of the jewelry repair aspect of this business. Update. Within 1 year I've brought my fiance's ring in TWICE to have a ruby reset. These stones shouldn't just fall off the way they do. Also both times I've brought it in, I've had to wait up to 3 weeks rather than the 2 or 3 days they've guaranteed they'd have it ready. If I could have done more research and chosen another Jeweler I honestly would have.

The new renovations they done to the shop makes Kissimmee jewlers up there with Cartier & Mayor's! Beautiful touch to the shop! The security officer and security doors nice upgrades added. Beautiful jewelry pieces to shop. Friendly staff. We got appraisals free with honest answers & great service. I've lived here for 44yrs so this change was impressive. Looks like I was shopping in College town Winterpark. Almost felt under dressed lol nice appearance with well groomed staff. Good Job!
