This particular KFC tends to skimp on its portions and the wait time is ABSURD for how few people are in line. Edit: Wow can't believe its possible but they've gotten worse. Prices have gone up and portions are even SMALLER than before, and I dont just mean the amount served but the size of the pieces too. Just absolutely ridiculous dont recommend this one better to go to Wendy's if you want Chicken.

So it was dead, so we ate in. The dining room was messy, chairs were sticky, crumbs all over the tables, but no one in drive thru or inside besides us. I ordered a famous bowl and a side of mac and cheese, but instead I got mac and cheese with a side of mac and cheese. When i told the girls they just giggled and then got me what I actually ordered. What the hell? Two stars because it was ready really fast…was weird for the chicken to be cooked that quick but.

Very poor experience at this KFC every time I have gone here. Not only are the staff rude, they mess up orders, and have even overcharged on a few occasions. Not worth the money or the wait, which seems to last forever.

I would like to have given more Stars but the staff was so new, I couldn't. Ordering was very difficult as the manager was training new people who did not know what they sold. Finally got my order taken and pulled to the window. The manager explained that everyone working with him was new and in training. I told him that was no problem and that I appreciated him letting me know. However, after the very difficult ordering process, I got back to my hotel room and my order was missing things. What I got was very good but overall it was disappointing. I do understand the employee shortage currently happening but I paid full price, was very understan6 and did not get what I paid for.
