Can’t ever get anyone on the phone and under new management (used to be Metro Storage) have begun charging exorbitant late fees and raising prices. When you do go in or get someone on the phone they are rude and money grabbing. The units themselves smell terrible like someone urinated all along the hallways. Charging more for the same low quality storage.

I have been a customer for 4 yrs. David is an awesome Manager. He has always exceeded my expectations. He is very patient!!! The year of the Virus has been very challenging for a lot of people. Streams of income have been limited.....There are times I have used several credit cards to pay my bill. David is always, patient and kind during this process Thank you LIFE STORAGE.
