I recently moved into this complex. I love it! It is nice, well kept, comfortable and overall a quiet place to live. I enjoy coming home everyday. The staff is friendly and helpful. Both the manager and assistant manager are pleasant to work with. Ishar Troche went above and beyond to make our application process a smooth and memorable one for my family and I. I would definitely recommend Pinnacle Pines.

5+ stars! The best apartment complex I have ever lived in! My apartment was in pristine condition, I absolutely love it! I had the pleasure of getting to know the maintenance team since I moved in, thanked them for a job well done with my unit being in such great condition. Yvonne and ishar in the office have been an absolute delight, yvonne the manager made the process for me to move in so easy, from the viewing to the lease signing, all my questions and concerns were addressed with the utmost professionalism. I definitely lucked out with these apartments. Great location and beautiful scenery, I absolutely love calling this my home!

I just moved in to this place and i love it! All the ladies in the office are so nice and helpful. They explained the lease in very great detail and answered all the questions i had. The maintenance staff fixed everything very quickly and keep the place nice and clean! i really like it here! :)

Yes but there is a deposit and there is charge to your rent every month
Do not move in there are many restrictions
Im not sure if we have any more apartments available . You would have to contact our landlord
At the moment in the office there is a sign that says there are no apartments available
If you have a washer and dryer they charge you a monthly fee with the rent you can also bring your washer and dryer but as you want you have to pay better sales using those of the apartment
Monday to Friday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday 9 a.m. at 1 p.m.
Pets are allowed and yes it is based on income. I thinks is called affordable housing
You would have to stop by the office to verify that info. They offer apartments with 1 room 1 bath, 2 rooms 2 baths and 3 rooms 2 baths.
