Worst customer service ever. Had to use these folks for over 10 years and nothing has change. The longest wait times on the phone (guaranteed 45 minute wait anytime you call.) And their service takes weeks to get to your house. This company just doesn't care. Period. There is no excuse for a decade of subpar service. They either just don't care or are completely incompetent. I think it is a bit of both.

I'm mostly okay with this company... but we haven't had internet for a month now and they won't respond to my tickets and when I called it was useless... I'm still paying for the service because I want it... I'm just not getting it. Can they please step up their customer service? It's not very curious of them...

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I called yesterday trying to resolve an issue with my internet and was told the problem would be resolved today. I called today to see why my internet still wasn't on and was told that now my payment is going to be refunded and I'll have to wait 2-3 days to get that payment back. Continually being told that they're sorry and that there's nothing they can do instead of trying to fix the problem that's their fault. A technician even transferred my call without saying anything because they didn't feel like dealing with the issue anymore. Terrible internet service also, I'm calling them at least once a month with different problems.

The customer service is fine. What I don;'t like is the slow download speed in the Aurora neighborhood [< 10 Mb/sec] GCI does much better here. A problem is ACS use of an old copper line for our DSL service.

You would need to call into tech support for that one

Why doesn't your tech support let people know that it's after hours and no one will take my call but leave me on hold with the same message repeating every 20 seconds?

Whats up ACS? I'm having frequent problems with my wifi internet. And of course when it happens, youe closed. You wait 2 days then call back. At that time, the wifi's back up. Your disgusting!

I would call them between 8 and 5 during the weekday. They should open a ticket and if needed replace your modem or send a tech out. Hope this helps.

My internet is off every morning when I wake up. Have to keep restarting my router throughout the day. I just want nonstop internet. Please help.

Roger Firedodger | Aug 31, 2018
Cary Strahan | Aug 31, 2018

Make sure your router is not the issue, check all of your router settings. Make sure all of the lights on your modem are active. The important ones are power, dsl & internet. The dsl should be solid. Internet will flash as data is used. Plug a laptop or desktop via ethernet cord into the acs modem to make sure youre internet is active and working from the modem. If you have internet out of any of the ports and normally are solely wireless, acs doesnt guarantee a wireless connection. If you have no internet out of any ports or your dsl light blinks fir any reason call 563-8000 tech support. .

Service shut off with no apparent cause and ACS support goes strait to a busy tone ( no answer ...
