These people were very friendly, but the man who took my fingerprints did not sign the card and my background check got denied. I’m not in the US anymore so it’s a big headache for me and it seems like a pretty basic part of the job. If you go here for an Oregon background check just double check that they sign it.

Arrived to postal & print for my appt this evening only for an employee to tell me that the fingerprint system has been down all day. When I asked why no one notified me, the employee explained he doesn't have access to people's info. No half hearted apology on behalf of the company to punctuate the bad news. Kind of annoying after having left work early and driving 50 minutes to get there. I then inquired about the $50 I paid when I made the appt online and a guy who acted like maybe he's the manager (middle aged, reddish hair, been there 10 years) told me I can call to see if their machine is up tomorrow or later this week. If it works this week then I can get my prints done and they can transfer the payment. Otherwise, the payment can't be transferred. Your machine was out of order and now I'll lose $50 if I can't make it back in the next 4 days? ...While terrible, that's actually not the part that prompted me to write the first review I've ever written. Cherry on top was after I stated "this is an aggrivating situation" before I turned around and started walking away from the counter, the manager goes something like "and this the only company for this in the area, so you'll have to come back to us unless you want to drive to Olympia, hahah" So obnoxious. I was walking away. I didn’t ask if there was another place I could go or say that I wasn’t coming back. Better responses would have been to either say nothing or say that you're sorry that my appointment did not work out today. Strange little place...

I used to company to forward packages from a retailer who doesn’t ship to my location. They were extremely helpful and polite via email. They were prompt in getting the packages out after repackaging to avoid excessive shipping costs. I will be using them in the future for the same service!

I just wanted to write a quick review and say how GREAT these guys were. I was in Vancouver for the month (out of town) and needed a lot of specific print jobs completed and several hundred items shipped. The employees here were super nice and got everything done very promptly (even on the week before Christmas). Thanks again, Brooke

One card is $14, or you can get two cards for $20
You need an appointment for digital fingerprinting but you do not need an appointment for ink fingerprint cards. The type of fingerprinting that you need is determined by the person who you're doing it for.
