Friendly people, great biblical sermons, communion every Sunday, dinner after service 1st Sunday in month, great music by choir & accompaniment piano. Modern contemporary service, yet traditional. Modern music mixed with older hymns. Need to come, service Sunday's at 11am. Wed bible study. Come one, come all! Jesus runs this joint!

Today was my last visit to the food pantry due to having to relocate to Virginia for my husband to receive care at Duke University. It was a bitter sweet time for me knowing I probably would not see the friends I have made and especially my sweet Patti and Mr Smiley (Syl). We have Sunday Bible Study at 9:30 AM and our Sunday Worship Experience is at 10:30 AM. Dress is casual, comfortable, and modest.
Adult baptisms are done after meeting with the individual and answering any questions they might have regarding baptism. Baptisms can be done at the church, the beach, anywhere that there is enough water for immersion. Adult baptism is done in unison with belief that Jesus is Lord, a confession of such, and repentance.
Englewood Christian Church is a independent non-denominational church, part of the Restoration Movement. We are not part of the Pentecostal movement.
